These two buildings were built by my grandfather in the mid 1950's. My grandmother ran the cafe when it first opened and then turned it over to other entreprenuers. It has become a frequent stop to many Highway 36 travelers. The cafe building has approximately 1344 square feet. There is about 2/3 in seating space and 1/3 in kitchen and office space. All the restaurant equipment is owned by the current tenant. The shop building suffered a fire in the 1990's. The building is not currently a useful space. Although there is a possibility of renting the concrete space in front of the shop. Call for more details on this. The buildings sell together since they share parking space.
